Wellness Wednesday March 2023 - What's Up With These Rollerballs, B?
Wow, we are already in a new month of 2023. Chapter 3 of this book is under way, and so are we at In The Stars with the education, and promotion of our wellness rollerballs. I shared with you all that follow us on Instagram that our best seller was our rollerballs, and according to the poll results that may have caught many of you by surprise! Most of you thought that our RaeButters were the best sellers, and although we do have Wellness Butters...the rollerballs are taking over honey!!!! So let's get into the rollerball talk...rollerballs are a quick, easy to use, and efficient way to help with an issue or an ailment. If you have come to any of my popups or heard me talk about our rollerballs, my favorite saying is "If there's an issue, there's an oil"...and it so true! There are so many benefits to using essential oils, and the rollerballs are and have been a win, win for me, and others that I have assisted, for about 8 years now.
So what are essential oils? Glad you asked! Essential oils are volatile compounds naturally occurring in certain plants. They are extracted from seeds, flowers, bark, resins, leaves, rinds, and roots. The word “volatile” means they easily evaporate at normal temperatures.
Regardless of all of the fancy buzz words and phrases used these days to address the remedies that come from herbs and plants, etc...the use of essential oils is as original of medicine as it comes. Plants have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years in every culture. Modern science is quickly recognizing and validating the usefulness of plants as medicine
The main questions I get from customers or in the story comments is - how do I use this, or where should I put it for it to work, and folks are always amazed to hear that one of the best places to apply your oils from the rollerball is.....drumroll please.....YOUR FEET! Yep, you read it correctly, your feet.
Have you ever heard of, or had foot reflexology done? Reflexology refers to contact points on the feet where nerve endings connect to other parts of the body. As a result of that, it is an ideal way to apply essential oils effectively, when the area of concern isn’t accessible or when known sensitivities limit application methods. It is also an ideal way to expose energy pathways such as those studied in Chinese medicine to the effects of essential oils.
Check out the image below, so you will know that what I am telling you is the real deal. I laugh all the time at the faces that people make when I am telling them where to apply their oils. Of course if you can reach the area of the issue/ailment, such as the back, sinuses, abdomen, etc...roll away in those areas, and note that all of our Oh Baby rollerballs come with an instructional card on how/where to apply.
